Create a sacred space in your home and an inner temple in your heart where you can always return to renew your energy. Relax through weekly live videos with an ASMR ritual and guided meditation to build your personal retreat space. Written material will allow you to focus on creating an area in your home where you can focus on change. Are you struggling to set a daily meditative practice to decrease your stress? Many of us don't enjoy meditation where you try to clear your mind but there are lots of ways to meditate. Listening to guided meditations is wonderful but not always practical when we are trying to catch quiet moments of free time throughout the day. In this workshop we will create a physical sacred space in our home but we will also create an inner temple for meditation. Creating an inner temple with various rooms that serve different meditative purposes will provide you with a place to go in meditation without struggling to think of a new meditative location or wait for inspiration to create one. In this temple you can speak with your spirit guides, heal, and manifest what you want to grow in your life even just for a few minutes every day.
